Requirements
- Must be able to follow all engineering as well as custom designed bus bar diagrams.
- Ability to think logically to create complex layouts of supporting systems given general rules and guidelines.
- Able to work under stress of deadlines and constant changes to design of assemblies. Much of activity includes holding bus bars overhead while inserting hardware.
- Must be able to safely operate drill press, band saw, grinders, cutters, and any other required tool needed to perform nonstandard installations. Will be expected to perform any task assigned.
- Must be willing to work overtime on short notice to expedite customer needs.
- Must have a positive internal and external customer service attitude.
- Knowledge of Standard Assembly. Previous experience in Switchboards Standard Connectors preferred.
- Candidate should be energetic, self‑motivated, and possess a good work record.
- Position requires lifting and holding in place assembly parts weighing up to 35 lbs. repeatedly over the work period.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blue prints, material lists, and other source material.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and self‑directed with ability to work in a team environment. Must possess a good work record.
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year assembly experience doing mechanical assembly. Working on an assembly line is not comparable.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Contract to Hire position.
- Shifts Available: 1st – Mon – Thurs- 5am- 3:30pm & 2nd – Mon – Thurs- 3:30pm – 2am (Required overtime on Fridays).
- $18 – $20 per hour.
Candidates must be able to work these hours; schedule changes to a morning shift are not permitted.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
