Starting at $24 plus shift differential (Non‑Exempt employees working night shift hours. Hours are minimum of 7 pm – 5:30 am).

Responsible for variety of weld preparation, MIG welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products to blueprints, customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Use AWS D1.1 and D1.2 approved welding techniques to weld aluminum and steel components.
- Read, interpret, and fit to dimensions on detailed structural and pipe drawings.
- Process inspection, certification, and documentation for job assignments.
- Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools as required.
- Use fitting tools, including, but not limited to tape measure, square & angles, protractor degrees.
- Complete and understand all necessary weld/machine setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
- Use safe work habits and adhere to all safety regulations and requirements.
- Perform work in adherence with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Maintain clean, organized, safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards.
- Adhere to all quality standards as responsible for quality of own work.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Must have experience as a fitter.
