We are seeking a talented and experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of sheet metal fabrication and installation projects
• Lead a team of sheet metal mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
• Plan and schedule workflow to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
