Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager based on-site in Ridgeway, SC to lead overall plant operations, drive safety, quality, efficiency, preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
You will direct all manufacturing processes, plan equipment layout and workflow, manage production schedules and staffing, oversee purchasing, and ensure OSHA safety compliance and a safe, productive work environment.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of plant-management experience preferred.
