The AFL Duncan plant in Duncan, SC seeks a Production Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation for our fiber optic cable and connectivity products. You will oversee multiple production lines, ensure safety, maintain schedule adherence, drive continuous improvement and report performance metrics.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of lean/JIT leadership in industrial manufacturing, with kaizen/DMAIC experience.
This is a strong role to take on the Lean Manufacturing Production Manager role at AFL.
