3rd Shift Process Tech Supervisor

Salary: $30-31/hour (+$1.50 Shift Differential)

• Set up and optimize injection molding machines efficiently.
• Establish stable processes meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions.
• Support mold changeovers, startups, and process validation.
• Reduce scrap and improve cycle times continuously.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.
• Train operators on processing techniques and troubleshooting methods.
• Maintain off-shift staffing, performance standards, and discipline.
