US Waffle Company is seeking a Production Lead to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations on the 1st shift (6 AM–2:30 PM). The role involves leading hourly workers, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining PPE and GMP compliance in hot and cold production environments.
Candidates should have basic equipment knowledge, weekend availability, and the ability to learn Plex software for paperwork and labeling tasks. This is a full-time on-site position with overtime potential.
