Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Production Associate for a manufacturing company based in Ridgeville, SC. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing various manufacturing duties to ensure production goals are met.
Pay Rate$17.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours2nd shift: 3:00 pm until 11:45 pm
Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities- Operate assigned production equipment, including various machines
- Perform inspections on all products that are produced
- Perform maintenance on production equipment used
- Support the team and team leaders
- Adhere to all workplace safety standards
- At least 6 months experience in manufacturing, general labor, or military experience
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
- Must be reliable and punctual.

Benefits- Weekly Pay

- 40 hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
- 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service
We are also offering a $50.00 referral bonus. Both employee and referral must stay on assignment for 30 days to receive the payout.
