** Husqvarna Construction | Columbia, South Carolina Build products that perform. Join our high-volume manufacturing team and help produce segmented diamond blades used by professionals. You’ll operate automated equipment, complete quality checks, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.2nd

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30–11:00 p.m.What You’ll DoSet up and operate radius-grinding, laser-welding, sharpening, and exposure-grinding equipment.

Select tooling, adjust machine parameters, and prepare equipment for production orders.

Inspect segments, welds, and finished blades using micrometers, gauges, torque testing, and visual checks.

Record quality and production data and partner with Quality Control when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong basic math skills and familiarity with metric measurements.

Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes accurately.

A dependable, team-focused approach.

Experience with CNC equipment, micrometers, torque wrenches, laser welding, or diamond-tool manufacturing is preferred.

Physical & Work Environment This role requires standing and walking on concrete for a full shift, frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, and working around metal components, dust, grime, and sharp edges while wearing required PPE.Why Husqvarna?
