The Master Screen Printing Setup Tech is a full-time, on‑site role based in Abbeville, SC. We are looking for someone to own the screen‑printing process. This role is responsible for preparing and setting up screens for production, including coating, burning, registering, and aligning screens according to job specifications and artwork requirements. Daily tasks include verifying artwork and print design details, mixing and matching inks, performing test prints, and adjusting press settings to ensure consistent color, placement, and quality.

The setup tech will collaborate closely with press operators and production team members to meet deadlines, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and minimize waste and rework. The role also involves routine equipment inspection, basic troubleshooting, and participation in continuous improvement efforts to optimize screen printing workflows and output.

Will assist with relocation for the right candidate

• Must have 10+ years as a textile screen printing operator with extensive knowledge on M&R machines from 3-12 colors
• Must have experience with multiple substrate contents from Polyester, cotton, nylon, etc.
• Must know the entire methodology of textile printing from screen imaging to curing printed product.
• Must be high energy and have a flexible schedule as we are an event driven company
• Previous experience as a lead or senior screen printing technician is preferred; vocational or technical training in print or manufacturing is a plus.
