CER Management Group LLC is currently seeking dependable, hardworking, and highly reliable individuals for general production positions at a manufacturing facility in Abbeville, SC.
This facility specializes in manufacturing HVAC duct products using fiberglass and other materials.
ATTENDANCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! We are looking for individuals who take their work schedules seriously, arrive on time, and consistently report for their assigned shifts. Dependability and a strong commitment to attendance are essential for success in this position.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- 1ST (SHIPPING/RECEIVING)
- 2ND (GENERAL LABOR)
- 3RD (GENERAL LABOR)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing and assembling HVAC duct products.
- Handle fiberglass materials and production components.
- Operate and assist with manufacturing machinery.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Meet daily production expectations.
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to consistently report to work for all scheduled shifts.
- Must be dependable and committed to maintaining a reliable work schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working with fiberglass materials while following safety procedures and using required PPE.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Important Attendance Expectations
We are seeking candidates who are serious about working and maintaining consistent employment.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of this position.
- Employees are expected to arrive on time and be ready to work at the beginning of their scheduled shift.
- All scheduled shifts must be worked unless an absence has been properly reported or approved in accordance with company policy.
- Repeated unexcused absences, tardiness, or failure to report to work may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
