We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, South Carolina bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift
, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring automated production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent bakery operations. This role plays a key role in maintaining product quality, food safety compliance, production performance, and continuous operational flow within the bakery.

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain efficient operations and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records.
• Perform equipment setup, startup, shutdown, and changeovers to support production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and established operating procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve operational goals and drive efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team-oriented production environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food manufacturing or bakery production experience.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices.
• Basic computer skills.
