Marketing Coordinator

Zilmet USA operates a state-of-the-art 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Andrews, South Carolina. Phase 2, slated to begin in 12 to 18 months, is planned to be another 100,000 square feet.

The position: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator
who will ensure that we are fully maximizing our marketing resources in order to maximize our sales and profitability.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics for General Manager and Sales team.
• Work with the Operations team to improve our productivity and profitability.
• Assist the Sales team by improving our sales and training aids and to assist in sales functions as needed.
• Develop engaging content across various channels; i.e., website, social media and email marketing campaigns and events. Track and measure campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to identify insights and optimize marketing strategies.
• Manage, expand, and promote our brand and products on social media including the company website. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/questions.
• Coordinate all trade shows. Will require occasional travel.
• Assist in marketing and introduction of new products.
• Learn our ERP system and to serve as a customer service backup as needed.
• Act as lead liaison between Zilmet USA and our sales rep network.
• Act as Zilmet USA liaison for all buying groups.

• Ability to commute to plant in Andrews, SC as this is an on-site position.
• College degree preferred.
• Previous marketing experience (3 to 5 years) preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Data analysis and interpretation abilities.
• Creative thinking and design skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
