The Director of Adult Ministries shall develop, plan, organize, implement, lead, and promote Adult Ministries for Grace UMC.
Job Qualifications include the following:
- Must be a Christian committed to serving Jesus Christ.
- Experience with Christian Spiritual formation or a related degree such as Christian Education or Religion is preferred.
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, be highly organized and self-directed.
- Must be proficient in all levels of communication and have excellent social and group facilitation skills.
