Advanced Practice Provider to join McLeod ENT

Provider (NP or PA-C) will work alongside the supervising physician to see both pediatric and adult ENT patients, including new and established visits, as well as in‑office procedures. This is a newly created position with a supportive environment where the physician is committed to training and mentoring the new hire in the specialty.

• 2 Front Desk Clerical Staff
• 1 Surgical Coordinator

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

• Provide patient care for pediatric and adult ENT patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct new patient evaluations, established visits, and in‑office procedures.
• Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinic staff to deliver high‑quality care.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship throughout the first 3–5 months.

• Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in ENT or related field.
• Strong clinical skills with pediatric and adult ENT patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• No call requirement.
• Hands‑on training during first 3–5 months.
• Gradual transition to independent clinic days based on comfort and confidence.
