Position: LC / Job:  - Administrative Supervisor - LC/SM - Nursing Administration.

• Provides climate for staff in which they can seek feedback, voice concerns or receive information.
• Counsels staff and takes appropriate actions.
• Keeps administration informed of activities and problems.
• Acts as a liaison with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Serves as a clinical resource to staff, other hospital areas, students and families.
• Supervises multi-position employees in order to contribute to the overall goals of the hospital.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized environment for staff and patients.
• Initiates exposure management as directed/indicated by employee/occupational health.
• Updates BARTT system as required by state.
• Completes required calls/documentation of patient deaths.
• Maintains interpreter log. Supports interpreter requests.
• Performs all other duties as they relate to this position.

• Five (5) or more years of previous experience in nursing with at least 2 years in charge nurse role.
