Nurse Practitioner

Quad Med is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our care team at our health center in the Florence, SC area. Join a collaborative, patient-centered environment where you’re empowered to make a meaningful impact.

Schedule:

40hrs/wk

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
