As the clinical executive of our facility, you will oversee all nursing operations, drive quality outcomes, and mentor a team of compassionate caregivers. This is your chance to lead with purpose and be remembered for the difference you make in the lives of patients, families, and staff.

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person‑centered care.
• Recruit, train, and retain top nursing talent.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement.
• Serve as a liaison with physicians, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee infection control, medication management, and care planning.

• Active RN license in the state of South Carolina.
• 3–5+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, clinical best practices, and survey readiness.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• BSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred.
