Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care;

improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role within the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

• 1 year as a Registered Nurse required; prior LVN/LPN experience may satisfy the 1‑year requirement depending on the assignment.
• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment required.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
• Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements.

• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required (AHA preferred).
• Additional certifications such as ACLS may be required by Vibra Travels and/or client.
