BALANCED CARE LLC in South Carolina seeks an experienced Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to care for a 3-year-old boy at home in St. Stephen. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–6:30 PM, with stable, long-term care for the same child and family.
The role requires SC LPN or RN licensure, pediatric home health or private duty experience, trach/vent care, GT feeding, and independent, compassionate caregiving in a home setting. Ventilator may be used during illness; training provided as needed.
