Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced Practice Provider:
    Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Infectious Disease experience preferred, but motivated new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Passion for delivering patient‑centered care in a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to evidence‑based medicine, infection prevention, and quality improvement
Position Highlights:
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient Infectious Disease follow‑up care
  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic infectious conditions including sepsis, bacteremia, osteomyelitis, hepatitis, and complex infections
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nursing staff, and care management teams to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Assist with antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and infection prevention strategies
  • Participate in patient education, transitions of care, and coordination with referring providers
  • Utilize Epic EHR and integrated clinical tools to support efficient, high‑quality patient care
