Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; Weekend Differential

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality, compassionate resident care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and assistance with daily activities.

• Deliver hands-on nursing services, monitor vital signs, and document reports accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff as needed.
• Follow Resident Care Plans to assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and team collaboration.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure compliance with care standards.

• Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN in good standing.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Preferred 1-2 years of healthcare experience and a four-year degree.
• Excellent communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing conditions, and exhibit professionalism and ethics.

The role is physically active, requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing up to 250 lbs. It involves long hours, including nights and weekends. No significant travel is expected.
