Position:
Weekend Supervisor (RN)
Pay Range: $39.00 – $42.00 per hour
What You'll Do:- Oversee nursing operations during the weekend shift
- Support and guide nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Respond to resident, family, and staff needs with professionalism and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Long-term care / nursing home experience a plus
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for caring for seniors and leading others
