Midlands Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor in Columbia, SC to lead nursing staff and deliver patient care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires who start on or before 10/5/2026. The posted salary range is USD $35.00 - USD $41.00 per hour.
The supervisor will oversee licensed nurses and CNAs, maintain care standards, and participate in care planning and documentation. CPR certification and state RN licensure are required.
