Axcess Healthcare Services is seeking an LPN to care for an 18-year-old nonverbal client in Ravenel. The role includes medication administration, catheter and tracheostomy care, wound and ventilator care, and ADL support. You will also accompany parents to appointments and therapies, with light housework as needed.
Schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6am–6pm. Requirements include active SC LPN license, CPR, background and drug checks, and a valid, insured driver's license.
