Compassus in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to model Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Innovation, and to work as an IDT member to deliver routine and emergency assessments, education, and evaluative services for patients and families.
You will help patients maintain comfort, adapt to crises, and coordinate with the Medical Director, attending physicians, and contracted facilities, while documenting care plans and time-sensitive narratives.
