Prisma Health is seeking a Nurse Manager I to oversee an assigned patient care unit(s) within the Parkridge area. You will manage staffing, budget, policies, and quality of care in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and Director, Patient Care Services.
You will supervise up to 50 staff, coordinate patient care, and lead performance improvement efforts. BSN or higher is preferred with RN licensure in good standing.
