Position:
Weekend Supervisor (RN) Pay Range: $29.00 – $38.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Oversee nursing operations during the weekend shift
• Support and guide nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Respond to resident, family, and staff needs with professionalism and compassion
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Long-term care / nursing home experience a plus
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Passion for caring for seniors and leading others
