A Taste of What You'll Do

Join a team where your attention to detail, technical curiosity, and commitment to safety can make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you'll support a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by helping coordinate EHS programs, maintain critical records, deliver training, and turn observations and data into actionable improvements.

You'll partner with EHS and cross-functional teams on inspections, assessments, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance activities. Your work will touch programs such as hazardous energy control, confined space, fall protection, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, and Process Safety Management, as applicable. You'll also help maintain OSHA records, Safety Data Sheets, hazardous material inventories, compliance plans, procedures, and training materials.

Beyond day-to-day program support, you'll have opportunities to participate in emergency drills, Management of Change reviews, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, contractor and project inspections, and site safety teams. You'll compile and analyze EHS data, identify trends, help track corrective actions through completion, and communicate information to audiences across the organization.

This is an opportunity to build on your foundational EHS expertise while working collaboratively, taking ownership, and helping strengthen a culture where safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement are part of how work gets done.

  • Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
