Shift Manager
Brumit Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team in Clover, SC. In this role you will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations during shifts.
- Guide and motivate team members in performance and training initiatives.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to support overall restaurant objectives.
- At least six months of experience managing in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Strong customer service orientation with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team while maintaining a positive, learning‑friendly culture.
- Comfortable adopting Arby’s values and contributing to continuous improvement.
