• Partner with the Executive Chef to run the retail kitchen like a top‑tier restaurant.
• Create menus and specials that keep customers coming back.
• Lead a team of cooks and prep staff with energy, efficiency, and creativity.
• Balance speed and quality—perfectly plated, even in the lunch rush.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost while keeping waste low.

• Has culinary training or equivalent high‑volume experience (retail, restaurant, or food hall a plus).
• Can juggle creativity with consistency under pressure.
• Understands food trends and knows how to adapt them to a retail audience.
• Brings strong leadership skills and a hands‑on, positive attitude.
• Holds Serv Safe certification (or is ready to earn it).
