To lead the biscuit–making processes and provide personal guest interactions that build genuine relationships with guests and result in a brand‑aligned experience while maintaining operating standards.

• Ensure sanitation and physical and food safety standards are maintained (as measured through internal and external audits and expectations).
• Interact with guests and hosts in a manner that celebrates BB's Biscuits and the Bluebird Kitchen, with the desired level of service consistent with our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.
• Ensure all hosts in the BB's Biscuits area provide fun, friendly, and engaging service.
• Actively engage guests through freshly prepared samples and suggestive selling.
• Personally demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to ensure BB's Biscuits hosts achieves satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, stocking, and guest service within BB's Biscuits and the Bluebird Kitchen/Deli/Bakery department.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

• Friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
• Must be able to actively engage guests and be willing to have fun with our guests.
• Willingness to perform in front of crowds and draw attention to BB's Biscuits.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, simultaneously.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Previous biscuit‑making experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Ability to communicate with team members to provide clear instructions and guidance.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and take direction from supervision.
