Position: Back of House Team Member
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Wild Wing Cafe is looking for a dependable and hardworking Back of House Team Member to join our team in Greenville!
As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering a great guest experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and takes pride in food quality and presentation.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare food items according to standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and preparation procedures.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work area.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and properly storing food deliveries.
Monitor ingredients and supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
Work collaboratively with other Back of House and Front of House team members to provide excellent service to our guests.
Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned kitchen duties.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist other team members as needed to keep restaurant operations running efficiently.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures.
Willingness to learn and take direction from restaurant leadership.
