Base Pay Range$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
Position SummaryCommunicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures and monitoring compliance.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, consult with others, and recommend corrective action. Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and supporting corporate policies. Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace of belonging and support. Represent Walmart values by acting with integrity, serving customers and members, striving for excellence, and fostering continuous improvement.
Act in a self‑less, humble, honest, fair, and transparent manner, holding oneself and others accountable. Maintain and promote ethical standards and compliance with Walmart’s goals to become a regenerative company.
