• Manage the store shift, including cost, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
• Set a positive example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, shop schedule, image, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

• General duties for all store team members.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying weather conditions; in‑store temperatures 36–90+°F.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Tasks require standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, and reaching.
