Guest & Retail Associate - Join Our Front Desk Team!
Are you a people-person with a passion for customer service and retail? Urban Nirvana is looking for an enthusiastic Guest & Retail Associate to be the welcoming face of our spa and salon. You will set a warm, friendly, and professional tone for every client and staff member who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do:As a key member of our front desk team, you will manage both administrative and operational duties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Management: Warmly greeting and assisting everyone who enters, managing the appointment schedule (check-ins/check-outs), and troubleshooting issues like late arrivals or missed appointments.
- Communication: Handling all inbound and outbound phone calls, and maintaining professional communication with clients via phone, messaging, and email.
- Retail Excellence: Developing strong knowledge of our products to effectively assist shoppers, actively selling retail items, and working toward sales goals.
- Administrative Support: Performing administrative tasks such as booking appointments and utilizing the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for transactions.
- Environment Upkeep: Helping to maintain the clean, fresh, and inviting environment of the spa and salon throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- A natural people-person with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Committed to professionalism in all client interactions (in-person, phone, digital).
- Eager to learn about new retail products and confidently recommend them to drive sales.
- Experienced in a customer service or retail setting.
