Job Overview

Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. If you are a self‑motivated professional with superior customer‑service skills, strong business acumen, and a sales aptitude, we want you on our team. You should be able to hit the ground running or be highly motivated to learn.

• Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
• Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals.
• Consistently adhere to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts.
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with the business office.
• Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
• Participate weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Assist General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required.
• Strong closing skills required.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

The pay range for this role is $125,000–$180,000+ (base pay + variable compensation).
