- 7-15 years of sales experience, preferably in managing complex strategic sales processes
- Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and regulatory capital requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
- Experience with private and alternative investment products
- Familiarity with asset allocation strategies and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a large global organization
- Flexibility to travel as needed
