• Manage an assigned shift or site
• Interview, hire, and train security staff
• Oversee the daily workflow and schedule assignment of guards
• Provide and implement security protocols and information systems
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the security contract are being satisfied
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values, and management philosophy
• Other duties as assigned

You will have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 3 years of security supervisory experience
• Experience managing security operations
• Proven experience motivating and training staff
• Ability to get along with other employees, follow directors, work under stress, and continuously improve
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
• Strong service/quality mindset
• Professionalism
• Proven computer skills, specifically related to schedule management
