Door Person - Part-time

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Door Person to join our team. The Door Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our residents and guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a keen attention to security, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of individuals.

• - Greet and welcome residents and guests as they enter and exit the building.
• - Monitor the building's entrance to ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
• - Assist residents with inquiries and provide information about the building amenities and services.
• - Handle and report any issues or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
• - Assist with the delivery of packages and mail, ensuring proper distribution.
• - Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, including keeping doors secure.
• - Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
• - Collaborate with the security team and other staff members to maintain a safe environment.
• - Follow all company policies and procedures, including response protocols for emergencies.

• - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• - Previous experience in a customer service or security role is a plus.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

• - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• - Ability to navigate stairs in case of emergency.
