Responsibilities- Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Provide general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning, and other basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
- Facilitate repairs by keeping an organized vehicle and maintaining adequate stock parts through in‑house ordering and contacting service vendors for supplies and materials.
- Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams.
- Participate in training for existing and new equipment as required.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
- Job duties may change with or without advance notice.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in the general maintenance field preferred; HVAC/R, electrical, and/or plumbing experience is a plus.
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use power and hand tools, crouch and/or crawl, use a ladder, and lift up to 80 lbs.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and to work independently.
- Required to drive a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range. The lighting will include natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas.
