Senior Plumbing Service Technician:

Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Install pipes, fittings, valves, and other plumbing components.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing installations.
- Provide cost estimates for repair and installation services.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
- Keep up to date with the latest plumbing technologies and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and other contractors as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience with water heaters, drains, and re-pipes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Availability for on-call and emergency service rotations.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Pay Range: 25-28 per hour + Commission
Compensation details: 25-28 Hourly Wage
