Entry-Level Data Center Technician

Responsibilities

+ Pull and route low-voltage cabling throughout data center environments

+ Assemble, stack, and install equipment racks

+ Drill, label, scan, and organize equipment and materials

+ Assist experienced technicians with installation and deployment projects

+ Operate ladders, lifts, and other jobsite equipment safely

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

+ Experience in construction, general labor, trades, military, manufacturing, or other hands-on work environments

+ Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

+ Reliable attendance and proven dependability

+ Ability to work 10-hour shifts in outdoor conditions, including heat and cold

+ Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting materials throughout the day

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Experience

+ OSHA 10 Certification

+ Scissor lift operation

+ Electrical, construction, or installation experience

+ Exposure to low-voltage cabling or telecommunications work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
