We're looking for dedicated, hardworking people to join our growing Grand Strand team.

• 2+ years of restoration or construction experience.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be available for 24/7/365 on-call rotation.

• Support the Lead Technician on restoration projects across the Grand Strand.
• Complete mitigation work including water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, and content manipulation.
• Handle equipment setup, maintenance, and breakdown.
• Document damage with photos and moisture readings for insurance claims.
• Operate commercial extraction units, air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty drying equipment.

• Reliable, physically fit, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in construction, restoration, or trades is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
• Must be comfortable working in challenging conditions.
• Must be available for 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
