Beck & Pollitzer USA in Cowpens, SC seeks a Lead Mechanic to run the equipment shop, diagnose and repair fleet assets, and own the preventive maintenance program. You will lead mechanics, ensure safety, and report fleet health to the warehouse manager to support project deployment.
The role requires 5+ years in heavy equipment diesel fleets, ASE/FMCSA credentials, CDL Class A, and strong diagnostic skills across engines and hydraulics. On-site role with a dynamic team.
