Experienced Commercial HVAC-R Tech

Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Range: $30+ per hour (based on experience) + Performance Spiffs & Incentives
Annual Earning Potential: $85,000-$100,000+ annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Rotating On-Call Schedule

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues
• Recommend repairs and replacement solutions based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support commercial customers

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC field service experience
• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to make sound repair and replacement recommendations

• NATE Certification
• Experience servicing a wide variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor junior technicians
