Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking a Lead Mechanic in Cowpens, SC. You will lead the equipment shop, oversee preventive maintenance for tractors, trailers, forklifts, and lifting equipment, and ensure fleet readiness for project deployment.
You will diagnose and repair diesel/gas engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems, while mentoring shop mechanics. Travel to project sites for critical repairs may occur; you will maintain records, manage parts, and coordinate with procurement.
