• You will handle administrative tasks responsibly and independently
• You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on appointments and events
• You will assist with project coordination and ensure that deadlines are met
• You will maintain databases and create and maintain reports and data analyses
• (Electronic) filing of processes and documents, contract management
• Supporting the finance team with various commercial issues, travel expense reviews, and fleet management
• Supporting management with scheduling and travel expense reports
• In addition, you will assist with activities related to the creation of presentations and working documents

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Ability to work independently in a team (including in virtual/decentralised working structures)
• Efficient and independent working style and strong organisational skills
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility and work systems
• Fluent German and English skills and very good MS Office skills
• Confidence in using MS Office (Word, Teams and PowerPoint)
