We offer a wide range of printable products from sport shirts to basic and specialty tees, as well as a complete line of caps and accessories. With two full‑service warehouses—one in Columbia, South Carolina, and one in Oxnard, California—we can meet delivery needs across the country.

We are hiring for full‑time, dependable warehouse associates to pull orders and perform general warehouse duties. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and commit to ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.

Hours:

8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Starting pay: $13.75 per hour, rising to $14.25 after 90 days depending on experience. Weekly incentives average $0.50 per hour. Full‑time associates are eligible for paid sick and vacation time after 90 days.
