Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a
** Warehouse Supervisor
** located in
** Columbia, South Carolina.
** The manager would be responsible to implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff.

Shift time : 3:00pm - 11:00 pm EST M-F and Sat on rotational basis
** What a typical day looks like:
*** Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
* Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
* Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule.
* Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.
* Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.
* Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.
* Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.
* Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.
** The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
*** Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience for 5 years working in a manufacturing company.
* Extensive knowledge of purchasing policies and practices in materials experience with advanced experience using WMS systems like BAAN/SAP good to have  .Intermediate level with excel functions
* Leadership skills to manage operations and the team in an efficient manner.
